However, family travel insurance policy is much more expensive, so you should think about it first before you purchase.
When traveling, you should always carry your medical records with you if it is possible. Also, you should check if hospitalization, ambulance services and prescription drugs are covered. If you have an existing medical condition, it is advised that you should buy a travel health insurance policy that includes evacuation.
